Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a competent Officer in Counter.·
Greet and assist visa applicants professionally.
Applicant counselling (Inquiry)
Handle the quires about Thailand visa
Put the collected information in a digital system (Submission)·
Scanning passport and vaf,·
Quality Check (QC) Passport Delivery·
Maintain confidentiality and handle documents securely.
Ensure compliance with center policies and regulatory guidelines.
Back-office support·
Phone call to applicant to contact number verify·
Any other job assigned by Top management.
