Experience Requirement:

Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and evaluate potential international suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and other relevant criteria.
Online clients handle as well as support via email & Mobile.
Conduct supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for the procurement of goods and materials.
Manage the end-to-end import process, including coordinating with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize costs and meet quality standards.
Developing and executing marketing straggles on Facebook too boost brand awareness, engagement and sales.
Contacting potential clients via social media networks like Facebook and Twitter
Developing a network of contacts that include potential clients and industry professionals.
Answering Haymarket general phone line and direct calls and provide any assistance required including taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to appropriate personnel
Receiving sort, and route mail, plus post all outgoing mail for pick up at end of business day including managing outgoing shipments with courier services
Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases.
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s question.
