Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management with BBA. No 3rd division/class at any level.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Day to Day HR works
∎ Screening resumes and candidates to match position requirement.
∎ Assisting conduct interviews and/ or co-ordinate interview appointments for interviewers on a timely basis.
∎ Handling recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes and annual increment.
∎ Preparing and managing workers and staff's personal files, updating leave state and Monthly salary sheet.
∎ Dealing with recruitment process, leave management, attendance monitoring, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal and Orientation.
∎ Serving as office manager and providing clerical support and coordination for the Registrar Office for advancement of the university.
∎ Coordinating communication when assigned by the Registrar.
∎ Gathering and compiling information for reports and presentations, often preparing data and official reports for the Registrar's office.
∎ Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate, and projects professional image.
∎ Performing other duties, as described and assigned by the higher supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-year(s) Experience in related field.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral/human character.
Salary: Negotiable
