Responsibility:
Maintain and coordinate the dispatch of letters and documents.
Welcome & greet visitors/ guests with professionalism.
Receive, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area neat & clean and organized.
Maintain visitor logbooks.
Assist in administrative tasks such as meeting room booking, data entry, document preparation, filing and interdepartmental coordination.
Assist to HR/Admin department as and when required.
Any other relevant task.
