Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to manage all function of finishing section related;
∎ Check daily attendance, target plan according to shipment;
∎ Follow up daily inspection and loading according to delivery challenge;
∎ Strictly maintain all the compliance issue;
∎ Follow up the workers discipline in the finishing section, WIP and FG moment report;
∎ Garments and packing accessories as per weekly planning;
∎ Prepare various awareness training for subordinate;
∎ Ensure the yearly inventory properly;
∎ Ensure the yearly inventory properly;
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities;
∎ Enhance smooth functioning and coordination between all departments;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated and result oriented
∎ Good communication skills both in verbal and written English
∎ Familiar with MS Office
