Prepare material and supplier code creation.
Maintain inventory recording systems.
Prepare and verify bills/vouchers for vendors and other expenses.
Review all accounting documents and post day-to-day transactions in the accounting system on time.
Verify payments for vendors and other parties.
Support payment processing activities in ERP.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department/Section Head.
