Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or relevant fields of Business Administration. Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Finance, Accounting Information Systems, and/or Tax & VAT Management is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Officer-Finance & Administration is responsible for ensuring the efficient Finance and Administrative support of the ICDP-SJ based in Project Office and will provide support to the team in line with SKS Foundation and Save the Children policy manual and other organizational standards.
∎ S/he is responsible for timely completion of all financial report and Project Office accounts align with the compliance of organization, donor policies & procedures and accordance with the partnership agreement.
∎ The position holder is also responsible for procurement and logistics function of the project and ensure asset and materials inventory of the project office in line with the guidance and policy of SKS Foundation and Save the Children.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years’ experience in similar position in development sector is essential. Advance knowledge on basic accounting procedure and practice in managing computerize Accounting System with National/International NGOs and Donor Agencies.
∎ Master’s degree in Accounting, having 5-6 years of experiences of financial management of NGO projects.
∎ Working knowledge of Tax/VAT calculation, Accounting Practices, Custom rules of the country and regulatory compliance.
∎ Capable of handling and managing Audit, Project Costs, Income Tax matters etc. Capable in preparing budgets, budgetary control, expenditure tracking and financial reports.
∎ Proven knowledge and skills on procurement and providing logistics support.
∎ Knowledge of managing inventory of project assets.
∎ Have good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Good knowledge on day-to-day Finance & Administration function.
∎ Sound understanding on banking formalities, office administration, facilities, logistics functions.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian and donor funded project compliances and operation modalities.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Comfortable with using online based applications and software for different purposes.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills and can work as part of a team.
∎ Motorcycle driving skills with valid driving license is mandatory for this position.

Salary: Tk. 34113 (Monthly)
