Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Commerce graduate from any UGC approved university. No 3rd Class/equivalent CGPA will be considered.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the implementation and continuous maintenance of Management Information System (MIS) within the branch office as per guidelines and direction by Head of Finance & Accounts.
∎ Prepare statistical analysis and trend report and suggest necessary action.
∎ Verify data for completeness and accuracy with compliance and guidelines. Report incomplete or inaccurate data entry for both MIS & AIS and arrange to rectify thereon.
∎ Perform routine analysis and produce regular reports using predefined queries.
∎ Coordinate with IT section for resolving issues/problem, if any problem or issues arises or faces by the branch of MIS & AIS.
∎ Regularly monitor the microfinance MIS & AIS system.
∎ Assist to prepare reports for management and regulator and or stakeholders.
∎ Identify the mistakes/mismatches and issues from field level and arrange for resolution.
∎ Assist to prepare MRA, PKSF, Bank and any other reports.
∎ Observe branch unusual transactions and protect from misuse/misleading.
∎ Accomplish any other duties as delegated by supervisors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 2 years’ experience in core accounting role. Working experience in any Microfinance NGO which is using microfinance software will be considered as added advantage.
∎ Knowledge/Skills of preparing financial statements.
∎ Practical computer skills on MS Office and accounting software will be given preference.
∎ Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
∎ Analytical and accuracy skills.
∎ Strong communication skills – both written and verbal in English and interpersonal skills.
∎ Work effectively with staff and public.
∎ Work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
∎ Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 25,000 during probation period & after confirmation BDT. 27,900
