Responsibilities & Context:
Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd. is seeking for qualified and proactive individuals for the position of Officer – Logistics (Export) to support smooth export operations. The role involves preparing export documents, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for timely shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin) while ensuring timely EP issuance and lien sales contract processing.
Operate Bangladesh Bank`s online portal for EXP creation and post-export duplicate reporting.
Submit customs clearance documents, track approvals, and ensure compliance with local/international trade regulations.
Coordinate shipment bookings with freight forwarders/shipping lines and liaise with customs brokers, internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse), production, packing, warehouse, quality, transport, and overseas customers.
Maintain updated knowledge of changing export laws, documentation standards, and customs requirements.
Keep accurate export records for audits and nurture stakeholder relationships (BEPZA, Customs).
Demonstrate collaborative mindset to support team objectives and cross-functional workflows.

Salary review after successful completion of probationary period along with guaranteed allowance of BDT 4,000.
