∎ B.Com / BBA / Graduate in any discipline from reputed public/private University
∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) / MBA / M.Com

Job Context:
∎ We are seeking hardworking, smart and talented person who, in the capacity of Officer / Executive - Commercial at our Dhaka Office.
∎ The Commercial Officer / Executive holds the accountability for managing all commercial and shipping aspects.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after commercial, supply chain and Import related issues of the company & Dealing with Indent / PI / LC, Shipments and Payments.
∎ Overseeing the objectives and implementation of all commercial strategies.
∎ Ensure a constant update of the vendor list, new potential suppliers, and conducting strong communication with them.
∎ Co-ordinate with freight forwarder, Shipping agent and handle L/C both in local & foreign & Correspondence with local and foreign Bank.
∎ Maintain and updating the database with accurate and timely information of shipping documents and generate report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Checking final shipping documents.
∎ Timely handover of documents to C&F and submitting them to the bank on time as needed.
∎ Other work / task / assignment given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience in dealing with commercial issues in any Company's Import through LC and TT, Purchase / Procurement, supply chain management
∎ Good knowledge in ERP system
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently and have positive attitude.
∎ Written and Oral communication in English with the Overseas Suppliers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships in work as a team player
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as web-based work.
