- A sound understanding of Miracle HIS will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervising team members in their tasks and solving any problems.
Review the work of billing staff to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed.
Assist in developing and maintaining billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supervising billers on proper, legal parameters for invoicing & collections practices.
Maintaining patient due bills status, reporting to the department head, and following up collection.
Providing education and training to team members.
Any other relevant responsibility assigned by the department head.
