Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master’s degree from a recognized university.
∎ No 3rd division/class at any level.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending the students to meet their queries and problems.
∎ Inserting grades in examination software and preserving the grade sheets.
∎ Initiating all notes, notices and files for smooth conduct of examinations and publication of results.
∎ Helping the Controller of Examinations for receiving, printing, distribution and preservation of question papers.
∎ Verifying the Partial Transcript, Official Transcript, Provisional and Original Certificate and placing them to the Controller of Examinations for authentication.
∎ Verifying students’ files and their previous academic documents before providing transcripts and certificates to the students.
∎ Preparing different reports and statistics as per the requirement of the Controller of Exam and GUB authority.
∎ Preparing of working papers related to disciplinary matters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-year(s) Experience in the related field.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral/human character.

Salary: Negotiable
