Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Biochemistry or related discipline.
4-5 years of relevant experience in dispensing, warehouse, or production area in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
Skills:
Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and GDP practices.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/SAP knowledge preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of raw material dispensing in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Ensure proper weighing, measuring, labeling, and issuance of raw and packaging materials as per batch production records (BPR).
Monitor and maintain environmental conditions of the dispensing area (temperature, humidity, cleanliness).
Support production by ensuring timely dispensing of required materials.
Maintain strict documentation of all transactions (material received, dispensed, returned).
Follow SOPs to minimize risk of cross-contamination and ensure quality compliance.
Assist in periodic stock verification and reconciliation with store/warehouse records.
Report deviations, discrepancies, or non-conformance to the supervisor immediately.
