  • Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like social media, email, and paid advertising.

Content Creation and Optimization:

  • Developing engaging content for websites, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring it's optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing campaigns for better results.
  • Developing and managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Responding to customer questions, complaints, and feedback across various channels like phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Building rapport with customers, providing support, and fostering loyalty through positive interactions.
  • Developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and workflows.
  • Keeping abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer communication.
