Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management, Network Engineer Network A, Cisco, Computer Network System, Database Administration, Hardware & Networking, ISP, IT Enabled Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via Router.
∎ Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.
∎ Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
∎ Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone and other electronic medium.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in TCP/ IP, MikroTik, CISCO.
∎ Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
∎ Experience with hardware and software issues.
∎ Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients and Web Browsers
∎ Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
