Job Context:
∎ Nature of Job: Regular
∎ After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, the incumbent will be entitled to receive a regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children`s Education Allowance, and Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corporate donor mapping, research and competitor analysis to ensure smooth fundraising operation by developing corporate fundraising strategy of SOS Bangladesh.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy for SOS Bangladesh through detailed donor mapping, competitor analysis, and research, ensuring seamless fundraising operations.
∎ Collaborate closely with CSR/sustainability teams, foundations, multinational corporations (MNCs), High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), local government bodies, and major donors to meet annual fundraising targets.
∎ Craft compelling fundraising proposals and comprehensive reports tailored to the specific requirements of donors while developing the proposal.
∎ Organize corporate meetings, facilitate donor visits, and orchestrate corporate fundraising events to foster engagement and support.
∎ Work collaboratively across teams to both retain existing donors and acquire new supporters. Ensure high-quality interactions with corporations/organizations before, during, and after donations are received.
∎ Oversee volunteering activities and manage employee-giving campaigns for small groups and individual donors.
∎ Coordinate with the Program Development team to create project proposals, handle grant applications, and provide comprehensive project reporting.
∎ Maintain and update a comprehensive donor database, generate insightful reports, and create engaging presentations for various stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with agencies, vendors (such as payment gateways, digital tools), and other partners to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Safeguard critical documents and maintain records in accordance with established protocols.
∎ Adheres to and upholds the standards and principles of Child & Youth Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct to ensure the reputation of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum of three years' experience in Corporate/MNC environments.
∎ Capacity to write persuasive fundraising proposals with a proven track record in managing social media channels, implementing paid campaigns across digital platforms, and creating campaign content.
∎ Proficiency in using analytics tools, including Google Analytics, for data-driven decision-making.
∎ Proficiency in design software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, considered a plus.
∎ Ability to effectively manage a busy workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
∎ Strong proficiency in computer applications.
∎ Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, a collaborative team player, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
