∎ Must have a thorough knowledge of the CBT&A (Competency Based Training and Assessment) curriculum.
∎ Strong command in English report writing and presentation.
∎ High interpersonal skills and coordination skills.
∎ Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SOS Children's Village International in Bangladesh (www.sos-bangladesh.org) is a non-governmental social devolvement organisation provides care for the children who have lost parental care or who are at risk of losing parental care and deprived of caring family environment. SOS Children's Villages works in more than 130 countries and territories around the world. In Bangladesh, we have been working since 1972 and presently has programmes in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, Chattogram, Bogura, Sylhet, and Bagerhat.
∎ Our Programmes contribute to delivering on SDGs with a special focus on our target group to improve national social protection system, fighting inequalities, promoting access to quality education, strengthen youth employability and ending violence against children.
∎ Location of Job: SOS Vocational Training Centre Dhaka, Mirpur-13, Dhaka-1216
∎ Nature of Job: Regular
∎ Responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation process of SOS Vocational Training Centre (VTC) Dhaka.
∎ Plan and supervise the implementation of institutional education and training programs.
∎ Supervise the training, syllabus continuity and safety practice.
∎ Create academic calendars, action plans, semester schedules, and class routines.
∎ Establishing administrative practices for strengthening the administrative and academic systems in the Vocational Training Centre.
∎ Building efficient faculty, increasing the efficiency level of existing teaching staff.
∎ Conduct gap analyses of teaching staff and arrange training sessions to improve performance.
∎ Maintaining liaison with various Government/Non-Government organizations & institutions, and taking necessary actions for the self-sustainability of Vocational Training Centre Dhaka.
∎ Ensure the organization’s child and youth safeguarding regulations are understood at all level and incorporated in all the activities of Vocational Training Centre Dhaka
∎ Coordinate administrative arrangements for student internships and job placements in service and industrial sectors.
∎ Lead, guide & monitor the external programme/project operated in SOS Vocational Training Centre Dhaka.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After successful completion of a probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, the incumbent will be entitled to receive a regular Salary Scale along with a Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children's Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per the existing policy of the organization.
