Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide career counselling and look for job opportunities for graduated trainees.
∎ Evaluating candidates' skills and abilities based on their resumes, interview feedback, and other documents.
∎ Arrange training programs and study tour for trainees to improve their soft skills and interview preparation.
∎ Maintain a database of trainees and employers.
∎ Planning campus hiring events, such as job fairs, to help trainees find jobs and companies find candidates.
∎ Developing professional relationships with industries.
∎ Keep in touch with different industries for new job vacancies and explore new prospective industries.
∎ Performing any other duties/responsibilities assign by Principal.

SOS Children's Villages works in more than 130 countries and territories around the world. In Bangladesh, we have been working since 1972 and presently has programmes in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, Chattogram, Bogura, Sylhet and Bagerhat.
∎ Our Programmes contribute to delivering on SDGs with a special focus on our target group to improve national social protection system, fighting inequalities, promoting access to quality education, strengthening youth employability and ending violence against children.
