Develop and institutionalize goal-setting frameworks, enabling clear articulation of role-specific objectives aligned with strategic business targets and service delivery imperatives.
Establish a continuous feedback loop between management and staff, fostering a culture of transparent communication, developmental coaching, and professional accountability.
