Responsibilities & Context:
  • Formulate and oversee the execution of comprehensive performance evaluation frameworks, encompassing quantitative KPIs and qualitative behavioral metrics tailored to branch-specific operational roles.

  • Facilitate the periodic appraisal process by ensuring objective, merit-based assessments in accordance with corporate performance philosophy and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Monitor workforce performance trends across regions and branches, identifying performance differentials, productivity bottlenecks, and potential succession pipeline indicators.

  • Administer structured disciplinary protocols and formal warnings, ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of performance-related sanctions in alignment with institutional policy.

  • Develop and institutionalize goal-setting frameworks, enabling clear articulation of role-specific objectives aligned with strategic business targets and service delivery imperatives.

  • Establish a continuous feedback loop between management and staff, fostering a culture of transparent communication, developmental coaching, and professional accountability.

  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Senior Distribution Leadership to design performance-linked reward systems, recognition programs, and consequence management mechanisms.

  • Serve as a liaison for performance-related relationship management, resolving escalations and reinforcing alignment between frontline staff and supervisory leadership.

  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and analytical reports, providing data-driven insights on staff performance, engagement levels, and risk-prone segments requiring intervention.

  • Foster a culture of performance-driven excellence and institutional governance by instilling a high-performance mindset, reinforcing professional discipline, and promoting continuous development across all tiers of the branch distribution network.

  • Plan human resource allocation, implement need-based transfers of the resources, and retention of critical resources
