Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Order planning/scheduling in ERP as per the order created after the confirm order
∎ Daily update of the production planning according to demand
∎ Analyze the available minutes to see the upcoming strengths of the factory and communicate to merchandising to meet capacity
∎ Ensure Cut to Ship ratio, order execution & delivery on time
∎ Follow up the supply chain, order confirmation status and timely coordinate with concern to provide factory status and upcoming challenges
∎ Supervise or monitor the subordinate work in terms of creating new order in system and follow up the status of logistics movement on time
∎ Capacity analysis and prepare style wise scheduling to ensure on time shipment
∎ Monitoring the production progress & status as per planning
∎ Follow up total order status and generate progress report to the concern
∎ Ensure the Timely Size-set; PP; & Risk analysis Meeting coordinate with technical & merchant Team.
∎ Generate Cut to Ship, Order to Ship and other planning related reports and preserve documents.
∎ Order closing report generate, review and transmit to the Management
