Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd., a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise located in Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Officer – Analysis & Data Management (ADM). The Officer – ADM will be part of the Internal Audit (IA) Department and will play a key role in conducting operational and financial analyses, preparing analytical reports, and developing dashboards to track business performance. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to generate data-driven insights to enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating analytical reports to monitor trends in operational performance.

• Support operational and financial analysis using ERP data.

• Contribute to the design and development of dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Perform risk, variance, and trend analysis to support business decisions.

• Utilize advanced Excel, Python, and Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

• Assist in identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, or contradictions within data sets.

• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the ADM/IA Team Leader.
