Responsibilities & Context:
  • To provide an efficient and responsive Secretarial practices which is essential for Association operation.

  • Administrative support for daily activities

  • Maintain Necessary Documentation and administrative activities.

  • Take notes and provide meeting minutes to the respective Gov. and Non Gov. organization.

  • Writing documents/letter for different types of Gov. or Non Gov. organization and give response accordingly.

  • Make Liaison with other organization (Gov. or Non Gov.) for Association interest.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports and presentation or other related documents.

  • Coordinate with association management team and other department as per requirement.           

  • Diligent, proactive and committed.
