Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making quotation to the clients for machineries items & consumables
∎ Daily payment follow up from customers & collection data preparing
∎ Mail corresponding with customer regularly regarding work order and so on.
∎ Making & submitting Bill/Delivery Note in proper time and update on system.
∎ Report of daily, weekly & monthly collection to the reporting boss.
∎ Maintain website & social media account such as facebook & linkedin.
∎ Telecommunication with customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS Excel is required.
