∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Writing & preserve all ledger & Bank book & Cash book.
∎ Ensure day to day Accounts & Financial activities are properly recorded into Books of Accounts.
∎ Vouchers preparation, bill entry, day book prepares & voucher sorting etc.
∎ Cash withdrawn from bank.
∎ Correspondences with the bank, positive pay instruction send to bank for every payment to recognize the payment to bank.
∎ Collecting daily cash sales & making deposits to the bank.
∎ Maintaining a petty cash fund and ensuring that funds are available.
∎ Any other Accounts & finance related activities of the Company assigned by the superior from time to time.
