Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Utilize strong communication skills to interact effectively with external parties, and colleagues.
∎ 2. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office to handle various administrative tasks.
∎ 3. Be confident and articulate when speaking with clients, visitors, and team members.
∎ 5. Create a warm and welcoming environment by greeting and assisting all patients to the office.
∎ 6. Exhibit the ability to provide excellent care to both local and foreign clients, ensuring their needs are met.
∎ 7. Efficiently handle all administrative duties such as billing, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments etc.
∎ 8. Ability to work under pressure.
∎ 9. Excellent communication skills.

∎ Age 18 to 30 years
