Responsibilities & Context:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and implementing projects

  • Basic Office Management, Correspondence, Document Handling etc.

  • General admin, attendance, staff -documentation.

  • Maintain Daily work plan of the Project Coordinator.

  • Communicate related Govt./Private Agencies.

  • Project Coordinator`s Banking Communication.

  • Transport management

  • Attend phone calls, Receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying mail, letters etc.

  • Communicate with other stakeholders, mail checking & replying as per the instruction of the Project Coordinator.

  • Related public relation & administrative works.

  • Assist in preparing meeting agenda, minutes and memo writing.

  • Site visit or any other office secretarial works assigned by the Project Coordinator.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
