Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview

The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of RACO.AI’s Dhaka office and one assigned rental property.
The individual will directly assist the CEO in ensuring that both the office and property are clean, organized, secure, and fully operational every day.


Key Responsibilities

🏢 Office Maintenance & Administrative Support

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness, order, and professional look of the office.

  • Manage daily office supplies, tea, coffee, water, and basic utilities.

  • Assist in preparing and serving refreshments for meetings and guests.

  • Perform clerical tasks such as printing, scanning, and photocopying.

  • Receive and deliver parcels, letters, and official documents.

  • Maintain attendance sheets, visitor logs, and ensure office closing duties are properly done.

  • Support basic data entry and record-keeping using Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Handle office errands and provide assistance as directed by the CEO.

🏠 Rental Building Responsibilities

  • Inspect the assigned rental building daily to ensure cleanliness and safety.

  • Report maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, etc.) directly to the CEO.

  • Supervise or coordinate with cleaners, caretakers, and technicians during repair or maintenance work.

  • Maintain regular communication with tenants and collect feedback or complaints.

  • Submit rent-related paperwork, bills, or service receipts as instructed.

  • Ensure the overall upkeep, security, and functionality of the property.


Requirements

  • Minimum SSC (HSC preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in office or property maintenance roles.

  • Basic computer knowledge and practical experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Honest, punctual, respectful, and well-organized.

  • Ability to understand instructions and communicate clearly.

  • Must be comfortable using a smartphone for basic reporting and communication.


Working Schedule

  • 7 Days per Week (no fixed weekend)

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Flexible off-day or compensatory leave as approved by the CEO.
