Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide immediate first aid and medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses.
∎ Administer prescribed medications and treatments as needed.
∎ Maintain detailed medical records and ensure confidentiality.
∎ Collaborate with the factory management to promote and enforce workplace safety measures.
∎ Educate employees on health and safety practices and conduct training sessions.
∎ Assist in organizing health and wellness programs, including vaccinations and health screenings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Registered Nurse (RN) license in Bangladesh.
∎ Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in first aid and emergency care.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a factory environment.
∎ Compassion and dedication to employee health and safety.
