∎ Excellent English writing and reporting skills.
∎ Strong analytical, observational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct integrated nutrition facility monitoring, assessing both infrastructure and services.
∎ Monitor the stock and utilization of key therapeutic and essential nutrition supplies, including:
∎ Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF), Amoxicillin, Albendazole, and Iron-Folic Acid at Integrated Nutrition Facilities (INF).
∎ F-75, F-100, and related medical supplies at stabilization centers and Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) units in UHC and District Hospitals.
∎ Assess the availability and use of anthropometric tools (height boards, MUAC tapes, scales) at Community Clinics (CC).
∎ Conduct exit interviews with beneficiaries at INFs.
∎ Monitor Iron-Folic Acid tablet stocks and utilization at Union Health & Family Welfare Centers (UH&FWC) and Community Clinics.
∎ Implement data quality assessments across intervention sites.
∎ Conduct household visits and interviews in both camp and host community settings.
∎ Oversee post–Vitamin A campaign monitoring activities.
∎ Engage in supply end-use monitoring to ensure appropriate distribution and use.
∎ Observe and document review of community-level nutrition education sessions.
∎ Perform monitoring for additional program components such as:
∎ Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM)
∎ Rapid Needs Assessments
∎ End-User Monitoring
∎ Outcome Assessments, and other ad-hoc requirements.
∎ Provide timely, accurate, and analytical updates and reports to the UNICEF Nutrition Section, PMR (Planning Monitoring & Reporting), and Programme Team.
∎ Collaborate with community groups, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure inclusive participation and feedback loops.
∎ Document and report field findings, lessons learned, and best practices to inform future interventions.
∎ Job Context:
∎ As part of its partnership with UNICEF, EIMS is seeking a qualified and experienced Nutrition Expert to monitor the nutrition program interventions supported by UNICEF in Rohingya refugee camps, host communities, and Bhasan Char. The role will focus on field-level monitoring to assess progress, ensure quality implementation, identify gaps, and support data-driven decision-making for nutrition outcomes. The position will contribute to UNICEF PMR (Planning Monitoring & Reports) and provide timely, accurate updates to UNICEF’s Nutrition Section and Programme Team.
