Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc in Nursing) or Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery.

• Valid registration with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).

• Additional training in nursing management, leadership, or clinical supervision will be an advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Female

• Minimum 03–05 years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare institution.

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

• Experience in a multispecialty hospital will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of nursing standards, patient safety, and infection control.

• Ability to manage staff schedules, resolve conflicts, and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in nursing documentation, reporting, and hospital information systems.

• Professional attitude, integrity, accountability, and a patient-centered approach.
