Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Nursing from a Government approved recognized Nursing Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising nursing staff and monitoring their needs.
∎ Preparing duty roster accordingly.
∎ Coordinating daily administrative duties including schedules, nursing assignments and patient care.
∎ Observing patient admissions, transfers and discharges bills.
∎ Monitoring and training new staff and providing support and guidance to all staff members.
∎ Taking care of patients and helping doctors in diagnosing and treating patients.
∎ Works as a primary health care provider.
∎ Identifies patient care requirements and takes immediate action.
∎ Advice follow-up of patients and clear instructions are given by the doctor.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Maintains patient confidence and protects confidential/ personal information.
∎ Maintains documents patient care services by charting in patient records.
∎ Maintains nursing / medical supplies and inventory.
∎ Job Location: Nazrul Avenue, Kandirpar, Cumilla.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 year(s) experience for in charge position in ward or NICU.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Nursing/ Staff Nursing General ward or NICU.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
