Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 07-10 years of?experience as educator out of which 4-5 years bedside and class room nursing experience in any JCI or NABH accredited Hospital/Medical facility
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ Computer Literate. Cognizance with Hospital Management Software
∎ BLS/ACLS/PALS/NALS certification is preferred
∎ Advance Nursing Training on specialized areas
∎ Report writing skills with data handling capacity
∎ Mentoring & Coaching skill
∎ Process oriented, detailed and methodical, MS -Office advance user
∎ Behavioral Competencies
∎ Hand holding capacity to the learners, guiding, teaching and inspiring ability. Agile learner, patience and result driven. Capable to plan strategic and tactical independently as per profile of Target Group. Prompt, decisive action oriented.
∎ Council Registration Requirements
∎ Valid Registration and License from Appropriate Licensing Authority or Accredited Body
