∎ M.Sc./ B.Sc./ Diploma in Nursing from Public or any reputed Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule nurses' shifts, assign nurses to patients,
∎ Ensure nursing operational standards are met,
∎ Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics,
∎ Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures,
∎ Train new team members,
∎ Evaluate nurses' performance,
∎ Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions,
∎ Handle complaints or other issues,
∎ Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends,
∎ Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 8-10 years' experience in nursing.
∎ (Age limit maybe relaxed for experienced candidate).
∎ A valid nursing license.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and HIS.
∎ Should have good command on English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to discipline staff.
∎ Ability to multitask.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
∎ Experience in Oncology will get first preference.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
