∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Essential Requirements: Nursing course completed with valid BNMC registration. Experience in related filed will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the worker recruitment process by filling in personal information regarding medical checkup requirements (age, disease, weight, height, BP, BG, and Pregnancy, etc.)
∎ Provide first aid and basic medical care to workers for minor injuries and illnesses during working hours.
∎ Maintain daily records of patients and report any unusual illness trends to the management.
∎ Refer serious cases to local hospitals or clinics and assist with emergency transportation if required.
∎ Support health and hygiene awareness programs in the factory (e.g., personal hygiene, menstrual hygiene, communicable disease prevention).
∎ Monitor and maintain stock of medical supplies and medicines, ensuring proper documentation and safe storage.
∎ Assist in health check-ups or health camps organized by the company.
∎ Work closely with the Welfare, Compliance, and HR departments to ensure worker well-being and compliance with occupational health standards.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of medical records as per labor law and audit requirements.
∎ Educate female workers on reproductive health and provide support during pregnancy.
∎ Handle any medical emergencies or accidents promptly and efficiently.
