• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council.

• 1-3 Years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital clinical setting.
• Advanced certification or training in a specialized area of nursing.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural factors influencing healthcare delivery in Bangladesh.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in nursing procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking qualified and compassionate nurses with 1-3 years of experience to join our healthcare team in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients` health status, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
• Implement treatment plans as directed by physicians and healthcare providers, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards of care.
• Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy, while maintaining strict infection control measures.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, treatment options, and preventive care practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care, share information, and participate in treatment planning.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and basic life support as needed.
• Advocate for patients` rights and well-being, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard throughout their healthcare journey.
