Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology
∎ 1. Diploma in Nursing/ MATS,
∎ 2. B.Sc in Nursing will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Observing & Understanding the patient’s behavior.
∎ 2. Coordinating with the healthcare professional in treatment.
∎ 3. Diagnosing the disease by analyzing the patient’s symptom.
∎ 4. Carrying out the requisite treatment and medication.
∎ 5. Doing stitching, dressing, and other medical care.
∎ 6. Doing the required paperwork.
∎ 7. Checking all medical equipment and medicine.
∎ 8. Checking inventory and doing requisition.
∎ 9. Provide Medical assistance to the employees.
∎ 10. Assist on-duty doctors.
∎ 11. Providing emotional support to patients and organizing workloads.
∎ 12. Responsible for providing quality first aid support to the injured peoples.
∎ 13. Maintaining, observing and recording the condition of patients.
∎ 14. Coordinate with HR Dept. to ensure healthy working environment.
∎ 15. Any other relevant tasks assign by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Experience preferably in garment factory/Textile/any large industry.
∎ 2. Team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ 3. Ability to work hard and control Pressure.
∎ 4. Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ 5. Result-oriented and a strong desire for success.
∎ 6. Self-starter & proactive.
∎ 7. Good interpersonal skill.
