Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline but business background is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Monthly or Yearly sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Train the Sales forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Ready to handle institutional sales/corporate client individually.
∎ Prepare distribution expansion plan and drive to appoint DB/SO to start operation within the time line.
∎ Successfully implementation of trade scheme/qps/display program.
∎ Monitor competitor's activities and provide time-effective solutions for the field sales force.
∎ Settle all secondary/incentive/damage claims on time.
∎ Ability to solving all problems in DB/Trade/Market end.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales report in excel with sharp analysis
∎ To maintain liaison with dealers as well as trade to ensure primary & secondary sales as per target.
∎ Prepare performance evaluation of team and habituated in periodic review
∎ Ready to work in stretch environment.
∎ Any other related work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
∎ Candidates having experience in stationery will get preference
∎ Good geographical knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Reporting in excel/ppt experienced is must
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
∎ Willingness to work independently with self-direction.
∎ Willing to travel extensively in the market across the month.
∎ Experience requirement can be relaxed for highly potential candidates.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Break in service will be treated as disqualification
