Job Responsibilities

1. Notarial Acts & Legal Authentication

• Verification of Identity: Confirming the identity of signatories using government-issued identification to prevent fraud and impersonation.

• Witnessing Signatures: Authenticating the signing of legal documents, including affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, and commercial contracts.

• Administering Oaths: Administering oaths and affirmations for statutory declarations and court-related depositions.

• Certification of Originals: Issuing "Certified True Copies" of original documents (passports, academic transcripts, birth certificates) for use in domestic and international jurisdictions.

2. Specialized Translation Services

• Legal Translation: Translating complex legal instruments (judgments, contracts, statutes) while maintaining the precise legal intent and terminology of the source language.

• Certified Translations: Providing signed and sealed translation certificates that attest to the accuracy and completeness of the translated document for submission to embassies, universities, or government bodies.

• Linguistic Consistency: Ensuring that names, dates, and technical figures remain identical and accurate across all translated versions to avoid administrative rejections.

3. Document Drafting & Review

• Affidavit Preparation: Drafting formal written statements of fact for use in legal proceedings or administrative applications (e.g., name changes, relationship status).

• Agreement Formatting: Structuring partnership deeds, lease agreements, and board resolutions to ensure they meet local statutory requirements.
