Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc In following area ETE/ IT/ CSE/ ECE (Telecommunication Preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Online support to customer/ Vendor trough Email/ Messenger/ Phone.
∎ Handling the trouble ticket system.
∎ Trouble-shooting customers and vendors real-time issue.
∎ Capable to work on shift duties, including night shifts.
∎ People unwilling to work at night need NOT apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience on Linux and Cisco platform.
∎ Good knowledge on SIP protocol.
∎ Priority is given to CCNA or equivalent certification.
∎ Must have clear concept on IP Networking (i.e. OSI Layer, TCP/ IP, IP sub-netting, RTP,DNS, Port addressing etc.)
∎ Working experience on Voice gateways (SIP, MGCP and H323)
∎ Configure and maintain telecommunications/management platforms
∎ Decision making ability preferred
∎ Highly collaborative and able to give/receive critical feedback.
∎ Highly motivated, reliable and hard working.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work in pressure
∎ Excellent communication skill in English to conversation with foreign clients..
∎ Study not allow besides the job
∎ Full Time Job (Any other job/business/full/part time NOT ALLOWED).
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, excellent analytical ability
∎ Ability to work effectively within a team environment
∎ Experience in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Browsing
∎ PRECONDITION FOR APPLICATION:
∎ All work is at NIGHT time (USA day time).
∎ Applicants unwilling/unable to work at night SHOULD NOT apply.
∎ Candidates selected for the job MUST SUBMIT a written guarantee BEFORE joining that they will stay with the company for at least 2 years, and they are medically FIT TO WORK at night.
