∎ TeleCrest Inc, is a USA based provider of wholesale international calling services for telecommunications carriers worldwide. The company was formed in 2012 and specializes in engineering telecom networks in developing countries as well as reselling services from vendors globally. Our customers are Calling Cards, Call Shops and mobile operators in USA, Europe and South America.

∎ As a NOC Assistant you will be part of a global team of support staff and engineers and will work in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge-technology. You will have the opportunity of being trained on and working first hand with remote networks and people all around the world.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and maintaining the company routers and Session Border Controllers
∎ Managing the trouble ticket system and solving customer complaints in a timely fashion.
∎ Proactively monitoring the network to maintain quality benchmarks
∎ Making manual quality test calls
∎ Troubleshooting and solving network/hardware issues as well as human errors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in working with windows/Linux server
∎ Must have clear concept of IP networking (i.e., OSI Layer, TCP/IP, IP sub-netting). Additionally, knowledge of SIP protocol RTP/UTP is highly desirable.
∎ Candidates who have experience with Voice Gateways, utilizing SIP/H323 will be given higher priority.
∎ Priority is given to CCNA or Equivalent Certification holders
∎ Candidate must be willing to work at BD night time 7pm to 5am (USA day time).
∎ We are currently only taking male applicants.
∎ Excellent Communications skills in English (verbal & written}
∎ Excellent practical knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Windows
∎ You will be working in an environment where high degree of collaboration is needed to work with teams working in different countries.
∎ Must be a self-motivated hardworking individual.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
∎ Must demonstrate problem-solving skills and excellent analytical ability
