Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having practical knowledge to install and configure networking router (MIKROTIK), switches (CISCO, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), and wireless devices is a must be.
∎ Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
∎ Must have knowledge about transmission network.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Attending customers complains and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
∎ Have sound knowledge of TCP / IP, Sub-netting, Mail Server, FTP, MRTG, OLT, ONU.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 24 years
∎ Have sound knowledge of TCP / IP, Sub-netting, Mail Server, FTP, MRTG, OLT, ONU.
∎ Understand user technical requirements & network problems.
∎ Switch & Router configure.
∎ Structured network cabling.
∎ Administration and maintenance of Mikrotik knowledge must.
