Strong expertise in Sales & Marketing Management within the metal bath ware or related industries.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and maintain a strong dealership and distributor network nationwide for metal bath ware.

• Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives.

• Lead and manage the national sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure effective field execution.

• Analyze sales performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.

• Support promotional and branding initiatives, including activations and events.

• Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts and reports.

• Provide effective and timely solutions to issues raised by the field force.

• Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.

• Focus on enhancing corporate sales channels and volumes.
