∎ Should have experience of Mobile industry in Bangladesh
∎ An in-depth knowledge of Sales & Distribution channel is required
∎ Build ownership on the Company, Self-driven Self-motivated.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company target within the assigned area
∎ National & Local Distributor Management & ROI calculation.
∎ Meet & exceed sales target by effectively managing the sales team and monitoring their performance
∎ Managing all operations in Bangladesh including target, sales, profit, revenue, marketing, distribution & after sales service
∎ Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in retail operations
∎ Spearheading the remarkable growth story of Mobile across Bangladesh, with sharp focus of profitability
∎ Product pricing as well as monthly & yearly policy making
∎ Release PO, LC and making plan about shipment
∎ Create new business plan & growth plan in line with the policies of the management and as per current & future market trend
∎ Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends and competitor analysis to the management team
