The candidate will be responsible to:
Develop & implement effective sales strategies
lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target
Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans
Monitor and analyze performance matrix and suggest improvements:
Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our products
Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast
Provide on time effective solutions of field force
Drive high levels of customer service standards across the organization to increase customer satisfaction in the market
