Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Ag (Hon's) / MS in agriculture with MBA from the leading university will be given preference.
∎ BBA / MBA in Marketing with PGD in marketing from a reputed Private or public university.
∎ A professional Sales degree will add value.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Computer Literacy, Digital Marketing Plan, Sound Knowledge on Microsoft Office Package
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for the achievement of Sales Revenue Target through well-formulated tactical plans and efficient delivery plan for the whole country.
∎ Monitoring activities and performance of RSM/ASM/TSO/RSO's closely in achieving revenue target on daily basis through proper reporting system and guidelines.
∎ Efficient field force and distribution management and Cost control.
∎ Responsible for the entire cycle of Channel Sales- from Leads to Closure.
∎ Define the competitive edges with the conduct of solid market analysis.
∎ Effectively engage the current and prospective customers through diversification of Sales and Marketing approaches (i.e, field demonstration, new product launching, etc).
∎ Constantly deliver the value proposition of crop protection products and services to improve the customer experience and trust level.
∎ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve the collaborative improvements in the sales result as well as individual performance.
∎ Manage, monitor and evaluate the Sales and expenditure budget.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ Has a proven track record of sales management experience of 10 years of which minimum 3-5 years in similar capacity in agrochemical industry with experience from multinational or top-ranking national companies.
∎ A good blend of Analytical Thinker and Can Doer.
∎ An innovative improviser with strong business acumen.
∎ A result-driven leader with great passion for dynamic teamwork.
∎ Proven capabilities in negotiating, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Up for travel regularly throughout the country for customer visit, sales force management, efficient depot operation, field demonstration, etc.
∎ Strong management skills and a good insight into agrochemicals business.
∎ Strong acumen for sales as well as analytic approach with good communication skills.
∎ Thorough Business knowledge of the crop protection Market.
∎ Handling key accounts in Agrochemical segment & compete with the key competitors to gain significant market share.
∎ To fulfill the customer requirement regarding the product formulation.
∎ Strategizing the long term & short-term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets to optimize revenue from existing & new customers.
∎ Develop new customer & business opportunities.
∎ Product application training to customers.
∎ Relationship building with decision makers and key buyers in pre-sales negotiation.
∎ Ability to understand customer needs and identify market trends.
∎ A collaborative, solutions-orientated approach, strong communication and negotiation skills.
