∎ Job Location: Should be prepared to work at any place in Bangladesh;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work as a Team Leader for FAN Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Sourcing & Developing Dealer Channels, Corporate Clients and Retailers nation-wide;
∎ To create and follow up new Dealers / Corporate Clients / Distributors / Retailers;
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with Dealers / Corporate Clients / Distributors / Retailers;
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall Sales & Marketing position;
∎ Set and achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, & Yearly Sales Target;
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;
∎ Lead the team with an efficient and effective way to attain all targets;
∎ Should have the experience in conducting sales training to the team members;
∎ Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance;
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the country;
∎ Should be prepared to carry out other duties as assigned by the management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 (Ten) years job experience with reputed brand(s) at the same (FAN) industry and at the same position.
∎ Should be honest and hardworking.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.
∎ Good Command in Bengali & English.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet;
