∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 03 (Three) years’ job experience in the same position in Dealer Channel in Electronics Industry.
∎ Should be honest and hardworking;
∎ Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed;
∎ Good Command in Bengali & English;
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required;
∎ Data interpretation capabilities;
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS-Office (Word, XLS and PPT) & Email communication;

∎ Require product forecast knowledge and must know the competitor’s strategy, movements and data analysis;
∎ Require warm and healthy relationship with dealer/distributor/retailer;
∎ To create new Dealers/Retailers nation-wide;
∎ To achieve Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Sales Target;
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position;
∎ Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a performer;
∎ Report on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance;
∎ Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) in your assigned area;
