Job Context:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three years of relevant experience in programme implementation with focus on labour migration and gender equality at the national level and practical experience/skills using Result Based Management techniques, reporting, conducting reviews and mainstreaming gender. Experience in training and capacity building of mainstreaming gender in labour migration at the project level. Monitoring and Evaluation experience.
