Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acts as an advocate for children - raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty and challenging and enabling those within one's influence on greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children.
∎ External Representative of the organization: acts as the legal representative to government, represents the organization in developing and managing relationships with external stakeholders, donors, suppliers etc.
∎ Staff Leadership: communicates a compelling vision for organization's ministry in alignment with the corporate mission.
∎ Strategic Program Leadership: Leads an in-geography growth & opportunity strategy and oversees the establishment of relationships with Frontline Partners and affiliate partners that share organization's vision.
∎ Program Monitoring & Evaluation Responsibility: Oversees Program's monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems using data analysis as the basis for measuring performance.
∎ Country/Geographic Operations: Legally responsible for employment relationships of all staff in country/geographic area, regardless of reporting structure.
∎ Support Services: Provides ongoing feedback to ensure services are meeting expectations and the support provided enables the achievement of strategic objectives.
∎ Marketing: collaborates with marketing to ensure the strategic direction and execution of the country or geographic area is achieved.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of experience in Cash flow management and/or treasury experience, including foreign exchange experience. Experience with non-profit organizations preferred.
∎ The ability to build relationships and liaise with others both within and outside the organization, leading and participating in internal and external networks.
∎ Adaptability mindset.
∎ The ability to develop positive and trusting intercultural and interdenominational relationships.
∎ Knowledge of local Non-Governmental organizations as well as knowledge of Govt. laws and regulations applicable to NGOs in Bangladesh.
∎ Effective communicator, both written and verbal, in languages relevant to the country (Bengali) as well as English.
