Demonstrable experience in labour disputes resolution, labour administration and public sector assessments, particularly in the area of case management systems.
Proven track record in conducting similar assessments and implementing case management solutions will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities including awareness of the socio-economic and political context of the country.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assignment: National Consultant to conduct “an assessment of labour administration institutions (DOL and labour courts) to determine their suitability and readiness for piloting a case management and prioritization system"
Contract Type: External Collaborator
Duty stations: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Languages required: English and Bangla
Duration of Ex-Col contract: For a maximum of 25 working days from July-October 2024
